Visa Executive

• Handle the complete visa application process from initial consultation to submission and decision.
• Understand and communicate visa requirements, documentation, eligibility criteria, and application procedures to clients.
• Collect, review, and verify client documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare visa application forms, cover letters, checklists, and supporting documents.
• Ensure all applications comply with the requirements of the respective embassy, consulate, or visa application centre.
• Coordinate with clients to obtain missing or additional documents within the required timelines.
• Schedule visa appointments, biometrics, interviews, and other required services.
• Track the status of submitted applications and provide timely updates to clients.
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, visa application centres, and other relevant authorities when required.
• Maintain accurate records of applications, documents, payments, and visa decisions.
• Handle client queries professionally through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Keep updated on changes in visa regulations, documentation requirements, processing procedures, and applicable fees.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of clients' personal and financial documents.
• Follow up on pending applications and ensure timely completion of assigned cases.
• Assist the team with daily visa-related administrative and operational activities.
• Achieve assigned targets and maintain high standards of customer service.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
