What they need
Assist customers with visa application forms, documentation requirements, and application procedures.
- Review and verify documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with embassy guidelines.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers for submissions and follow-ups.
- Track visa applications and provide timely status updates to clients.
- Should know all country visas
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to service standards and timelines.
- Address customer queries and deliver excellent customer support throughout the visa process.Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in visa processing, travel operations, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of visa documentation and application procedures for various countries.
- Strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online application portals.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
