Visa Executive

ob Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with visa application procedures and documentation.
• Review and verify visa application forms and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Guide clients regarding visa requirements, eligibility, and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients to collect pending documents and provide application updates.
• Track visa application status and follow up on pending cases.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and submission of visa applications.
• Maintain accurate client records and application documentation.
• Stay updated on visa rules, immigration procedures, and country-specific requirements.
• Handle client queries professionally and ensure timely service.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline. with 2 years of experience only (Required)
• Prior experience in visa processing, immigration, or travel consultancy is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and coordination skills may also apply.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and documentation management.
• Strong attention to detail and client-handling skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
