Visa EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end visa processing for student and work visas across various countries (e.g., Canada, UK, USA, Australia, Schengen, etc.).
• Provide accurate information and guidance to clients about visa procedures, required documents, and timelines.
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers for submissions and follow-ups.
• Verify and prepare visa documentation as per embassy guidelines.
• Maintain updated knowledge of visa rules, regulations, and country-specific requirements.
• Assist clients in completing application forms, preparing financial documents, and scheduling appointments.
• Handle queries through phone, email, and walk-ins with professionalism.
• Keep track of ongoing cases and update clients on application progress.
• Maintain records and reports for visa applications and ensure compliance with company procedures.
