Visa Executive - Haj & Umrah

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from clients and walk-in customers regarding all types of visas, including Tourist and Business visas.
• Manage documentation, verification, and submission of visa applications to the respective visa processing centers.
• Complete visa application form filling and passport application form filling with accuracy. Coordinate with Embassies, Consulates, and Visa Processing Centers for smooth and timely processing.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of visa procedures and requirements for multiple countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, China, Australia, Sri Lanka, Schengen Region, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Middle Eastern countries, and others.
• Provide end-to-end guidance to clients throughout the visa application process. Ensure all applications meet compliance and quality standards.

Required Candidate Profile

• Must be a graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in handling visa processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously.
• Knowledge of visa requirements for major international destinations is essential.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to resolve queries effectively.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 per month
