Visa Officer

Role Objective:
Delivers accurate, timely, compliant, and customer-focused visa services while continuously improving operational efficiency and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Visa team to achieve departmental targets and service standards.
• Oversee visa applications to ensure accurate, complete, and timely processing.
• Review visa documentation and minimize errors, deficiencies, delays, and rework.
• Maintain updated embassy, consulate, and visa center requirements and ensure timely communication to the team.
• Establish and maintain effective visa checklists, SOPs, and quality control procedures.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, attendance, and adherence to company policies.
• Coach and develop team members while identifying high-potential employees for career growth.
• Handle escalated client queries and ensure timely resolution of visa-related issues.
• Coordinate with embassies, visa centers, clients, and internal departments for smooth application processing.
• Monitor departmental KPIs, identify operational gaps, and drive continuous improvement and customer service excellence

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

• Visa Processing: 3 years (Required)
