Visa Officer – Schengen Visa

Our company is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Visa Officer to assist with Schengen visa applications, document verification, and coordination with clients and visa application centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Process visa applications and check supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide guidance on visa requirements, application procedures, and application updates.
• Coordinate appointments, submissions, and visa collection with relevant visa centers and authorities.
• Monitor application progress and follow up on pending requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain updated records, protect confidential documents, and keep informed about visa requirement changes.
• Prepare reports and assist with other visa-related administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related course.
• Experience in visa processing or travel documentation is an advantage.
• Good communication, organizational, and document-verification skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Professional, service-oriented, and capable of working independently or with a team.

Work Setup
Monday to Friday – Onsite
Saturday – Work From Home
