Visa Operations Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process visa applications, ensuring all required documents and information are complete and accurate.
• Enter applicant information into the system while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Provide professional guidance and support to applicants through phone, email, online channels, and face-to-face interactions at the service counter.
• Assist applicants by answering inquiries, explaining visa requirements, and ensuring a smooth application experience.
• Support daily operations and administrative tasks related to visa application processing and customer service.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. (Has work experience in Customer Service)
• Singapore Resident (Able to communicate in both English and Chinese)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle administrative tasks accurately.
• Comfortable interacting with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Able to Type in Korean Fluently.

Employment Terms & Benefits

• Work Schedule: 5-day work week
• Contract Duration: 1-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of annual renewal based on mutual agreement and performance
• Expected Start Date: Immediate
• Salary: Negotiable, inclusive of any applicable 13th-month payment
• Leave Benefits: Bereavement leave, extended paid leave, and time-off-in-lieu will be provided where applicable
• CPF Contributions: The Company will make employer CPF contributions in accordance with Singapore regulations, where applicable
• Income Tax: Employees are responsible for their own individual income tax obligation
