We are looking for an experienced Visa Process Consultant with hands-on experience in Germany Opportunity Card (Chancenkarte) processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Germany Opportunity Card (Chancenkarte) applications from eligibility assessment through submission and follow-up.
• Evaluate client profiles and identify applicable documentation requirements.
• Review and verify client documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare and submit visa applications as per applicable requirements.
• Coordinate with clients to collect required documents and resolve documentation gaps.
• Monitor application progress and provide timely updates to clients.
• Maintain accurate case records, application trackers, and CRM updates.
• Coordinate with sales and documentation teams for smooth case processing.
• Ensure compliance with Germany immigration requirements and company SOPs.
• Handle client queries professionally throughout the application process.
• Maintain confidentiality of client documents and personal information.
• Support other immigration-related operational activities as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in immigration or visa processing.
• Hands-on experience in Germany Opportunity Card (Chancenkarte) processing.
• Strong knowledge of Germany immigration procedures and documentation requirements.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
