Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Visa Processing Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will review, verify, and process travel and immigration applications to ensure they meet all legal and policy requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Review applications: Check forms and supporting paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
• Verify documents: Authenticate submitted financial records and personal identification.
• Data entry: Input applicant details accurately into internal tracking systems.
• Client communication: Respond to applicant inquiries regarding their visa status via email and phone.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least [1 year] of experience in visa processing, travel coordination, or administrative roles (Preferred).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, International Relations, Business Administration, or Management.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attributes: Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data with integrity.

Schedule
