We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and result-driven Visa Processing Officer with expertise in Canada visitor visas, embassy documentation, and international visa applications.

JOB DETAILS

Location: DHA Phase 1, Lahore
Salary: PKR 50,000 – 85,000 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Visa Application Management: Prepare, review, and submit accurate visitor visa applications, particularly for Canada.
• IRCC Expertise: Handle Canadian visa applications through official IRCC online systems, including GCKey where applicable.
• Documentation & Case Assessment: Review bank statements, employment documents, travel histories, invitation letters, and supporting documents.
• Client Consultation: Guide clients regarding visa requirements, application procedures, and documentation.
• Application Tracking: Monitor application progress, manage additional document requests, and coordinate with visa application centres.
• Premium Client Handling: Manage complex cases involving business owners, professionals, and financially established applicants.
• Internal Coordination: Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate visa processing.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 1–2 years of practical visitor visa processing experience (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Canada visitor visa requirements, IRCC procedures, and GCKey.
• Experience reviewing financial documents, travel histories, and visa application forms.
• Excellent English communication and professional client-handling skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to independently manage multiple visa applications while maintaining confidentiality.

Additional Advantage: Experience processing UK, Australia, New Zealand, USA, or Schengen visitor visas.
