Visa Processing Officer (Study Abroad)

📢 OSI Vietnam is hiring | Visa Processing Officer

Location: Ho Chi Minh City

With over 25 years of experience in international education, OSI Vietnam is seeking an experienced professional to support study abroad, travel, and immigration applications.

🔷 Key responsibilities

• Review client profiles, plan applications, and guide document preparation.

• Process admission, visa, and immigration applications, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

• Prepare clients for visa interviews and coordinate with clients, institutions, and partners.

• Monitor application progress, stay updated on relevant requirements, and maintain confidential records.

🔷 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in study abroad application processing or counseling.

• College diploma or bachelor’s degree.

• English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 5.5 or higher.

• Proficiency in office software, strong communication and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and interest in a long-term career in education.

🔷 Compensation and benefits

• Total income up to VND 50 million/month, including a fixed salary independent of sales performance and performance-based bonuses.

📍 Workplace: 325 Le Van Sy Street, Tan Son Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

⏰ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; Saturday, 8 a.m.–12 p.m. Business travel and events outside regular hours are also required.
