A Visa Advisor helps clients choose the right visa service and converts inquiries into confirmed sales.
Main Responsibilities
- Assess the client’s visa needs.
- Explain services, requirements, fees, and timelines clearly.
- Follow up with potential clients.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Collect initial client information and documents.
- Update all leads and transactions in the CRM.
- Endorse confirmed clients correctly to the assigned departments.
- Recommend other suitable services when needed.
- Submit accurate sales reports.
- Never guarantee visa approval or provide false information.
