Visa Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for acquiring new B2B & B2C clients and expanding existing accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth execution of sales and onboarding processes.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
• Handle escalations from key clients and work to resolve issues promptly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing. Master’s preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in B2B & B2C sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication and decision making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
