Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Visa Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of Thai immigration processes, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. This role requires direct interaction with clients, government agencies, and participation in business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visa and Work Permit Processing: Manage and process various visa and work permit applications, ensuring compliance with Thai immigration laws and regulations.
• Client Engagement: Independently conduct client meetings to understand their needs, provide consultations, and offer tailored solutions.
• Government Liaison: Establish and maintain professional relationships with government agencies, ensuring smooth coordination and adherence to official procedures.
• Sales and Marketing Participation: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to contribute to campaigns, identify potential clients, and support business growth strategies.
• Flexibility: Adapt to varying tasks and responsibilities as required, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in visa and work permit processing or a related legal consulting role, and experience and knowledge of Non - O, Non - B, BOI, and  LTR visas is a must.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships with clients and government officials, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and professionalism.
• Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software applications.
