About the role

This role involves handling visa and residence permit processes for foreign nationals in accordance with Indonesian immigration regulations. You will manage document verification, prepare and monitor visa applications, coordinate with immigration authorities and government agencies, and provide client guidance on visa types, requirements, and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Handle visa and residence permit processing for foreign nationals according to Indonesian immigration regulations
• Verify completeness and authenticity of client documents for visa and residence permit purposes
• Prepare, submit, and monitor visa applications, KITAS, KITAP, and other immigration documents
• Coordinate with the Directorate General of Immigration, relevant ministries, and other government agencies in document processing
• Provide client information regarding visa types, requirements, procedures, and residence permit validity periods
• Monitor visa and residence permit expiration dates and ensure renewal processes are completed on time
• Ensure all document processing is conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and requirements
• Manage client document administration and filing in an orderly, accurate, and systematic manner

About you

• Minimum S1 education qualification from any field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Visa and Immigration (valued)
• Understanding of visa processes and regulations as well as foreign national residence permits in Indonesia
• Good communication and administrative skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work with targets and deadlines
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Good problem-solving and customer service skills
• Experience handling KITAS, KITAP, Visa, RPTKA, and related foreign worker documents (valued)
• Experience coordinating with Immigration, Ministry of Manpower, and related agencies (valued)
• Understanding of regulations related to foreign nationals and foreign workers in Indonesia (valued)
