Job Description: Visa Team Leader

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the visa processing team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Handle visa applications, documentation, and procedures for all countries.
• Review and verify visa documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with respective embassy and consulate requirements.
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers for submissions and follow-ups.
• Monitor application status, ensure timely processing, and resolve complex visa-related issues.
• Guide team members on country-specific visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures.
• Handle escalated customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records, monitor team performance, and ensure adherence to service standards and deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in visa processing, travel operations, or a related field, with team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of visa procedures and documentation for all countries worldwide.
• Proven ability to lead a team, manage multiple applications, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online visa application portals.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
