Vision Solution Engineer – Machine Vision & Automation

We are looking for a Senior / Vision Solution Engineer to develop, implement, and optimize machine vision systems for inspection, measurement, and defect detection. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to configure vision systems, provide technical support, and implement new vision technologies.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and maintain vision applications for measurement, defect inspection, component presence detection, and other applications.
• Select, procure, install, and maintain vision components such as PCs, cameras, lighting, and related equipment.
• Configure vision systems including cameras, frame grabbers, illumination, motion control, host PCs, and interfaces.
• Develop and troubleshoot vision applications using HIK, OpenCV, HALCON, or Cognex VisionPro.
• Provide technical support to field service engineers and customers.
• Evaluate vision system performance and prepare technical documentation and training materials.
• Research and implement new vision technologies for relevant projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in vision applications.
• Knowledge of machine vision and optical inspection systems is preferred.
• Programming experience in C++, C#, or Python.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, RS-232, and camera interfaces.
