Salary: $18 to $20 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and curious Vision Therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you will work directly with patients of all ages—including children and individuals recovering from brain injuries—to improve their visual processing, eye teaming, and visual-motor skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Deliver personalized, 1-on-1 vision therapy sessions following tailored treatment plans developed by our Optometrist.
• Patient Engagement: Motivate, encourage, and guide patients (and their families) through interactive therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Progress Tracking: Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely clinical notes on patient progress, performance, and home exercises.
• Continuous Learning: Actively participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development to stay current on new vision therapy techniques.
• Equipment & Room Prep: Set up, sanitize, and manage specialized therapy equipment and testing tools.

• Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with keen attention to nuance, patient behavior, and documentation.
• Growth Mindset: An eager, lifelong learner enthusiastic about mastering specialized vision therapy concepts.
• Communication: Clear, warm verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience: Experience is helpful but we are willing to train the right candidate!
