Job Description: VisionPLUS (CMS/FAS/TRAMS) – Lead Programmer Analyst/Technical Lead

We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual with VisionPLUS - CMS/FAS/TRAMS development as a Lead Programmer Analyst/Technical Lead role, expectation should work independently and ready to lead 2 or 3 team members:

• Experience should have 5+ years to 12 years.
• Strong knowledge in Cards domain.
• Should have VisionPLUS CMS/FAS/TRAMS hands on experience.
• Develop and customize applications in VisionPLUS CMS/FAS/TRAMS Modules.
• Should have strong development skills in Mainframes (COBOL, CICS, VSAM & JCL).
• Should be good in Authorization and Interchange Functionalities.
• Understanding on the SDLC.
• Understanding on the Agile methodologies.
• Communication with customer and producing the daily status report.
• Should have good oral and written communication.
• Should be a good team member and ready to lead a team.
• Should be proactive and adaptive.
• Should be flexible to work in shifts.
• Strong communication skills, Analytical & Problem-solving skills.
