As a Visiting Associate at BCG, you’ll join a real client project right from the start – taking on the role of an Associate, our entry-level consulting position, for a period of six months. From transforming banks to leading digital transformation efforts, you’ll contribute to impactful work across diverse industries.

We’re looking for motivated fresh graduate students from all academic backgrounds and top tier international universities, who are excited to explore the world of consulting and bring fresh perspectives to real client challenges.

If you’re open to new ideas and ready to learn, we encourage you to apply! You can join us for a consulting internship at BCG if you’re

• a bachelor’s student from the fourth semester onward, or
• a master’s student.

For a consulting internship at BCG, you bring some prior practical experience and international exposure. You stand for your strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail, complemented by your ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English. Your curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity are just as essential as your affinity for numbers – and for working with people. You’re comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments, enjoy tackling diverse challenges, and thrive when working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
