Job Summary
PNY Trainings is looking for an experienced Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Instructor to deliver practical training in software testing and quality assurance at our Arfa Tower campus.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite theoretical and practical SQA sessions.
• Teach Manual Testing, Automation Testing, SDLC and STLC.
• Train students in test cases, test scenarios, test plans, and defect reporting.
• Teach functional, regression, integration, system, and usability testing.
• Provide practical training in Selenium, Postman, JIRA, or relevant tools.
• Introduce API testing and database testing.
• Teach automation testing concepts and frameworks.
• Develop practical testing assignments and projects.
• Guide students in preparing QA documentation and professional portfolios.
• Conduct assessments and evaluate student performance.
• Introduce Agile/Scrum practices relevant to QA.
• Keep course content aligned with current industry standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 4–5+ years of professional SQA/testing or teaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of manual and automation testing.
• Practical experience with Selenium, Postman, JIRA, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Pay: Rs1,800.00 - Rs2,000.00 per day
