About the role

We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly and proactive Visitor Experience Assistants to join our team for the upcoming season. Our Visitor Experience team plays a crucial role in creating outstanding days out for every guest.

Successful candidates may work across a variety of areas, including:

• Guest Communications (x8) – supporting visitors with enquiries, providing clear information, resolving issues, and helping ensure smooth guest journeys on-site.
• Operations (x5) – helping with day-to-day site operations, admissions support, queue management, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, cleanliness and guest care.
• Cleansing (x4) – helping keep Twycross Zoo looking its best by maintaining clean, safe and welcoming guest spaces, supporting facilities presentation, and contributing to an exceptional visitor experience every day.

What we’re looking for

• A positive, approachable and helpful attitude
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
• Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to support different areas depending on business needs
• Minimum of 5 hours contract but with the willingness to work more hours in peak periods including weekends and bank holidays

Assessment Day

Successful candidates will be invited to our Assessment Day on:

• Tuesday 29 September at 12pm or 4:30pm
• Confirmation of assessment day and invites to attend will be made on 28 September
