Visual & Motion Designer

ROLE SUMMARY

Cosmic Biotech is hiring a Visual & Motion Designer to execute visual communication across our brands. Working within the brand and creative direction established by the Market & Branding Strategist, you will produce packaging, campaign assets, social content, paid creatives and print collateral, turning brand direction into polished, production-ready work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute packaging design and packaging adaptations across SKUs and variants.
• Create campaign and launch assets across digital and offline formats.
• Design social media content, including static posts, carousels and story formats.
• Develop paid advertising creatives for Meta, Google and other platforms.
• Create website and e-commerce graphics, including product and category imagery.
• Produce marketplace assets adapted to platform-specific formats and guidelines.
• Design presentations, brochures and company/product collateral.
• Create retail, point-of-sale and print materials.
• Develop simple motion graphics, reels and short-form digital video content.
• Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.
• Prepare clean, production-ready and print-ready creative files.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Procreate for illustration and hand-drawn assets.
• Solid design fundamentals — layout, typography, colour and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work at speed without compromising quality, across multiple concurrent requests.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design or content tools is an added advantage.
• Junior candidates welcome — prior industry experience not required if fundamentals and portfolio are strong.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Portfolio is the primary selection criterion for this role. Shortlisted candidates should expect, practical design test using Cosmic Biotech brand assets before a final offer.
