We're looking for a Visual & Store Experience Lead to join our team full-time as we prepare for an exciting new chapter - our move from Nolita to a brand-new location this fall.

This role is a combination of visual merchandising and store operations, perfect for someone who loves styling a space as much as they love connecting with clients on the floor.

What you'll do:

• Plan and execute visual displays that bring Abbode's brand and seasonal direction to life
• Help lead our transition to a new retail space
• Style for photoshoots, events, and brand activations
• Support pop-ups and represent Abbode's visual identity wherever we show up
• Support on the sales floor, as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience
• Minimum 1 year of styling/visual merchandising experience
• Strong eye for design, color, and space
• Experience with Google Suite
• Social media fluency
• Experience balancing creative and operational roles

Bonus Points:

• Experience in event planning/PR
• Experience working closely/communicating with upper-level management
