The Role

EFA GROUP is looking for an experienced and motivated Visual Communication & Content Creator who will support business development, marketing, proposals, and corporate communications through impactful visual content and storytelling. The ideal candidate combines graphic design, content creation, and presentation design skills, with the ability to transform complex ideas into clear, engaging, and professional communication assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Create presentations, infographics, brochures, reports, and marketing materials
• Design executive-level PowerPoint presentations and customer-facing deliverables
• Develop visual content and sales presentations that support business development activities, customer engagement, proposals, campaigns, events, and corporate communications
• Translate technical, operational, and business concepts into compelling visual stories
• Create diagrams, workflows, capability maps, and operational visualizations
• Collaborate with business development, marketing, and technical teams to develop communication assets
• Ensure consistency with corporate branding and visual identity

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, presentations, and content creation
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
• Strong visual storytelling, layout, and information design skills
• Ability to communicate complex information through clear visuals
• Excellent English and Greek communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in Defense, Aerospace, Technology, or Security sectors
• Familiarity with Operational Views (OVs), CONOPS, or technical visualizations
• Experience with video editing, motion graphics, or AI-powered creative tools
