Visual Communication Design

Qualifications:

• Minimum D3/S1 in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related role; fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.

• Portfolio is required.

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, or similar design tools.

• Good understanding of layout, typography, composition, color, and visual branding.

• Basic photo/video editing required.

• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work with deadlines.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively.

• Willing to work WFO in Surabaya.

Job Description:

• Create visual content for social media, marketplaces, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Design promotional materials such as banners, posters, brochures, catalogs, and product materials.
• Develop creative visual concepts that align with the company’s brand identity.
• Edit product photos and create engaging visual content.
• Support visual needs for events, campaigns, and other company activities.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and related teams to develop design concepts.
• Handle design revisions based on feedback and business needs.
