Visual Creator & Editor

• Proven experience in photography, videography and video editing

• A strong visual eye and understanding of composition, lighting, movement and storytelling.

• Comfortable shooting with professional cameras and/or high-quality mobile equipment.

• Confident using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, After Effects or equivalent.

• Good understanding of short-form content and social media formats.

• Able to work independently from concept to final output.

• Comfortable filming people and capturing candid, natural moments.

• Good attention to detail and a strong sense of timing, pacing and music.

• Organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Proactive, curious and willing to get involved rather than waiting to be told what to shoot.

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving surf, hospitality and lifestyle environment.
