Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer Intern to support our branding, visual communication, and digital design activities. This role is suitable for students and fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in visual design, brand identity, digital creatives, and marketing design.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for digital platforms, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Design social media posts, banners, promotional creatives, and digital advertisements.
• Assist in developing and maintaining consistent brand identities across platforms.
• Create visual assets for websites, presentations, events, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and campaign objectives.
• Translate ideas, briefs, and concepts into effective visual designs.
• Assist with typography, colour selection, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Create infographics, illustrations, and other visual content when required.
• Support the design of presentations, pitch decks, and marketing collateral.
• Ensure that designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
• Review and revise designs based on feedback from the team.
• Research design trends, visual references, and industry best practices.
• Organise design files and maintain design assets for easy access.
• Support other branding and creative design activities as required.

Requirements

• Students pursuing a degree/diploma or recent graduates in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field can apply.
• A strong interest in visual design, branding, and creative communication.
• Basic understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and layout.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.
• Ability to create clean, visually engaging, and well-structured designs.
• Attention to detail and consistency in design execution.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop original visual concepts.
• Ability to understand design briefs and incorporate feedback.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing design projects, academic work, or personal creative projects is preferred.
• Prior internship or work experience is not mandatory.
• Interest in technology, AI, Web3, and digital products is a plus.

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
