• We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills across various digital mediums. They should be passionate about creating visually compelling and effective designs that align with our clients brand identities and goals.

• Ensure successful delivery of learning solutions and review their effectiveness and applicability. What are we looking for?
• Creativity and Design skills:
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Ability to participate actively in brainstormingorideation sessions to bring in new ideas.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute original ideas.
• Attention to details is a must.
• Soft skills:
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and receive feedback.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Open to learning and adapting to new tools, techniques, and design trends.
• Experience with web design, UXorUI principles, and motion graphics Roles and Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end creation of graphics and media assets
• Design presentations, eLearning assets, UI elements, videos, and digital content
• Partner with Instructional Design, Technology, and Media teams
• Participate in ideation and creative concept development
• Independently manage multiple design projects
• Apply visual design best practices across typography, layout, color, and composition
• Stay current with modern design trends, AI tools, and emerging technologies
• Relationships:
• Report to Media Lead
• Coordinate with internal Instructional Design team and Technology team for media assets development.
