Visual Designer

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design and be able to translate our product requirement into visually appealing designs. The Visual Designer will work on a variety of projects, including Mobile App, Website design, and more.

Location

• Head Office, Phnom Penh (1 post)

Major Areas of Responsibility

• Collaborate with UX/UI team, Product Owner and our Management to understand their design needs and objectives.
• Develop creative concepts and design solutions that meet the project requirements and align with brand guidelines.
• Create visual assets such as icons, illustration, animation, logo, ... etc. for mobile app / website layouts, and more.
• Use graphic design software and tools to execute designs efficiently and effectively.
• Present design concepts to UX/UI team, Visual team and Management for incorporate feedback into final designs.
• Stay up-to-date with banking trends and best practices in visual design.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic / Visual / Motion or Animation Designer.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, …etc.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs across various mediums.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Experience with Mobile / Web design and knowledge.
• Must have good knowledge and experiencing in using AI related tools.
