Qualifications Required

Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline. Desired: Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA), Bachelor of Design, or Diploma in visual/Web Designing. •

Two to Six years experience in different learning media types, such as UI and UX design, Website design,eLearning courses, motion graphics, Infographics, print design, audio editing

• Working knowledge of MS Office (MS Word and PowerPoint)

• Expert in a variety of multimedia tools, such as Adobe Animate, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Premiere and audio editing software • Ability to create freehand and digital illustrations Preferred • Possess a flexible work style and be able to work beyond the normal schedule during peak periods in order to meet deadlines • Work effectively, with minimal day-to-day supervision, and within a team environment to significantly contribute to the success of the team • Keen on exploring new tools and technologies. Sharing knowledge with team members • Possess a client-service mindset and a desire to take on tough and challenging projects • Pro-actively investigate and mitigate risks, coordinating with team members and others to resolve issues, and escalate issues as necessary • Outstanding visualization skills and the ability to translate them into visual elements for a learning environment.
