Visual Designer

What You Will Own

• Design quality and consistency across all divisions
• Speed and reliability of design delivery in a fast-moving environment
• Adaptation of brand visuals to suit different audiences, channels, and use cases
• Design effectiveness for intended outcomes (clarity, conversion, usability)
• Visual coherence across digital, retail, trade, and CRM touchpoints

What You Will Do

• Proactively anticipate design needs and execution gaps across teams
• Ship usable designs quickly while maintaining brand integrity
• Adapt designs thoughtfully based on: Channel requirements, Audience expectations, Execution constraints
• Iterate patiently based on feedback, changing priorities, and real-world usage
• Work closely with Brand, Ecommerce, Performance, and Merchandising teams to understand intent before designing
• Balance speed with clarity, and creativity with practicality
• Ship usable designs quickly
• Iterate based on feedback
• Support visual merchandising execution (when needed), including assisting with in-store display updates, campaign rollouts, and ensuring visual alignment across retail touchpoints
