- Hire, onboard, coach, and develop Visual Leads and Visual Associates while building a highly engaged and high-performing visual team.
- Support flagship and new store openings, including visual setup, merchandising execution, product placement, and store opening readiness.
- Direct and monitor the timely execution of daily, weekly, and monthly visual updates, seasonal floor sets, campaigns, and product launches.
- Partner closely with Store Leadership to maximize sales opportunities through strategic product placement, storytelling, and visual presentation of key categories and best-selling products.
- Ensure all sales floor and visual displays remain customer-ready, brand-aligned, and consistently maintained to deliver a premium shopping experience.
- Conduct regular business reviews with Visual Leads, focusing on visual KPIs, merchandising opportunities, business priorities, and action planning.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in a Visual Manager or Assistant Store Manager role.
- Experience in flagship stores, high-volume retail environments, or new store openings is preferred.
- Background in sportswear, lifestyle, fashion, footwear, or specialty retail brands is a plus.
