Visual Marketer (Sports,Gaming)

About the role

As a Visual Marketer for the gaming sector, you will bridge creative visual direction and performance-driven marketing. You will conceptualize and produce high-impact visual assets—ranging from social media graphics, motion teasers, and key art to ad creatives—tailored specifically to resonate with Filipino and regional gaming audiences. You will work closely with community organisers, user acquisition leads, and game production teams to turn gaming culture, sports trends, and campaign goals into compelling visual campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design key visuals (KVs), promotional banners, and campaign assets for game launches, sports tournaments, seasonal events, and content updates
• Produce daily short-form video content, animated GIFs, motion graphics, and static visual collateral optimized for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Forums and local gaming channels
• Translate local gaming trends, memes, and community vernacular into authentic, engaging visual content
• Partner with User Acquisition (UA) / Media Buyers to test static and video ad creatives, utilizing performance data to iterate on high-converting visual concepts
• Maintain brand guidelines across all marketing touchpoints while building reusable design templates and systems to streamline creative production

About you

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, visual marketing, or creative content creation within the gaming, esports, entertainment, or digital agency sectors
• Advanced skills in UI/UX Design, 3D design, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, AI tools, and video editing
• Understanding of gaming culture, sports landscapes and community-driven content
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, motion design, social-first graphics, and marketing campaign execution
• Strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast paced environment, and a data-informed approach to visual experimentation
