Visual Merchandise Executive

• Understanding the VM guidelines in English and translate to Vietnamese language; Ensure that the standards prescribed merchandises according to the Brand image.

• Training VM guideline to all employees in store and supervise store display.

• Sharing all trendy or products knowledge from principal files to the store team.

• Profession of developing the floorplan, check inventory levels of the store to meet the floorplan standard.

• Cooperation with VM Team, Brand Manager, Store Manager and Store Supervisor to determine the floor layout, traffic flow and display points.

• Monitor all the windows and islands installation and, ensure the decorated according to the approved layout.

• Able to travel between head office and branches and may need to work at night, on weekends according to assignment of VM supervisor/VM Team Leader.

• Sharp with the latest fashion trends and conveys to the team.

• Coordinating with Operation & Inventory Team to ensure VM in store.

• Coordinating closely with MKT Team to build up Brand recognition and strengthen Brand Image.

• Able to create display ideas and layouts for special campaigns launch.

• Coordinating with Suppliers and related departments to ensure the campaigns happen in time (including paper work).

• Coordinating with related departments to prepare for new store/renovation store opening.

• Standard communication in English to work with principal for related tasks.

• Managing SOH of VM props.

• Order VM props by quarter.

• Report to Brand & Principal.

Requirements:

• University/ College degree in Fashion or related field.

• Good English skill.

• 1- 2 years experience in Fashion.

• Good skill of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Planner and thinker with a bias for action/execution.

• Analytical and lateral thinking abilities.

• Should have the personality to stand-up to take responsibilities.
