Visual Merchandiser

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop visually appealing store displays, window displays, and in-store promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective merchandise plans, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual presentation.
• Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards for visual merchandising guidelines.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in product placement and display optimization.

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser or related field (Retail Operations).
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising principles.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g., buyers, designers) and external partners (e.g., vendors).
• Proficiency in creating visually appealing displays using various materials (e.g., mannequins, props) within budget constraints.
