Requirements
- Minimal D3/S1 DKV, Manajemen, Bisnis, Marketing, Pendidikan, atau jurusan yang relevan.
- Memiliki pengalaman 1–2 tahun sebagai Visual Merchandiser, khususnya di industri fashion/lifestyle retail.
- Kreatif, memiliki sense of aesthetics yang baik, detail-oriented, dan memiliki kemampuan desain grafis.
- Menguasai Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, dan SketchUp.
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office.
- Memahami customer behavior dan retail trends.
- Mampu bekerja dengan deadline, fleksibel, komunikatif, dan memiliki kemampuan teamwork yang baik.
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas dan bekerja di beberapa lokasi toko sesuai kebutuhan.
Job Description
- Menata display sepatu, tas, dan aksesori sesuai standar Visual Merchandising Winod.
- Mengimplementasikan VM guidelines, campaign, promo, dan koleksi terbaru.
- Mengoptimalkan store layout dan customer flow untuk mendukung pengalaman berbelanja.
- Menyiapkan display untuk event, grand opening, launching, dan promotional activities.
- Melakukan store visit, monitoring, evaluasi, dan dokumentasi before-after.
- Berkoordinasi dengan Marketing, Produksi, Warehouse, Sales, dan tim terkait.
- Memberikan training dan arahan Visual Merchandising kepada Head Store dan tim toko.
