Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Responsible for in-store visual presentation, production of display & promotional materials and general display duties
• Develop innovative design angles to showcase thematic promotion and product display
• Assist in searching and sourcing of display materials, props and merchandises
• Work closely with different departments and contractors to ensure the completion of display projects
• Keep abreast of the current visual merchandising trends of retail industry to facilitate VM development

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Visual Merchandising or Art related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of solid experience in in-store visual presentation, production of displays and promotional materials
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and SketchUp
• Creative and outgoing, with strong ability to conceptualize ideas from design through to final installation
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, well-organized, and possessing a positive working attitude
• Willing to work overtime and perform on-site duties as required
• Candidates with more extensive experience or higher qualifications will be considered for the position of Senior Visual Merchandiser
• Immediately available is highly preferred
