Role Overview:

We are seeking a Visual Merchandising Associate to create engaging store displays, interior layouts, and product presentations that enhance the customer shopping experience. The role combines creativity, merchandising expertise, and collaboration to support store presentation, customer engagement, and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute visual merchandising strategies, store layouts, seasonal transitions, and product displays for furniture, lighting, accessories, and related merchandise.

• Regularly update displays, signage, point-of-sale materials, floor layouts, and product placement to maximize presentation and product sell-through.

• Complete daily store recovery activities and maintain interior and exterior presentation while coordinating lighting, fixtures, paint, flooring, and other maintenance needs with management.

• Receive and prepare accessory shipments, coordinate product tagging and showroom placement, support inventory activities, and maintain visual merchandising standards.

• Collaborate with store management and associates, mentor staff on merchandising practices, maintain product and trend knowledge, and complete assigned visual merchandising tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Two years of retail visual merchandising experience preferred, ideally within home furnishings.

• Associate degree in interior design, merchandising, or equivalent relevant work experience preferred.

• Ability to regularly lift objects over 50 lbs. and transport loads up to 100 lbs. as required for the role.

• Strong communication, teamwork, organization, reliability, and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying schedules.
