- Male, minimum 27 years old
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any relevant field
- Willing to work mobile and visit multiple store locations
- Have a strong visual sense and aesthetic awareness
- Creative, proactive, and able to develop fresh ideas for store displays
- Able to analyze sales and display data to improve visual merchandising effectiveness
- Experienced in creating and implementing visual merchandising guidelines / display guidelines
- Minimum experience in Visual Merchandising within supermarket, beauty, fashion, retail, or similar industries
- Strong understanding of product placement, store layout, and visual presentation
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to execute concepts and ensure consistency of display standards across stores
