DCG Display & Design Co Ltd is a leading creative production and fabrication house. We specialize in turning design concepts into reality—from bespoke window displays and mall decorations to high-end retail signage and exhibition booths. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to bring visual concepts to life and act as the vital bridge between clients, designers, and production teams.

What you'll be doing:

• Client & Visual Servicing: Act as the primary contact for client accounts; interpret VM briefs, manage day-to-day communications, and ensure final execution aligns with client visual guidelines.
• Display Production Coordination: Work closely with interior designers, VM teams, and workshop fabricators to oversee window displays, signage, and retail installations from concept to execution.
• Logistics & Material Management: Source display materials (wood, metal, acrylic, lighting, print), coordinate vendor schedules, manage cost estimation, and maintain budget control.
• On-site Visual Supervision & Styling: Lead on-site setups and teardowns; perform quality control, fine-tune visual finishing, lighting, and placement, and troubleshoot structural or aesthetic issues on the spot.
• Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct post-install reviews, handle billing handovers, and propose improvements for future VM rollouts.
• Creative & Technical Input: Contribute innovative structural VM ideas, lighting solutions, and material recommendations for client pitches.

What we're looking for:

• Education: Diploma or Certificate in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Creative Media, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven track record in VM execution, retail display installation, window staging, trade show setup, or creative project coordination.
• Visual & Technical Eye: Good knowledge of display production materials (acrylic, metal, wood, digital print, lighting) and on-site display safety rules.
• Key Skills: Strong organizational skills with an eye for spatial layout, color consistency, and detail under tight installation windows.
• Language Skills: Fluent Cantonese is essential; good command of English and Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset with strong interpersonal skills to communicate across corporate clients, creative teams, and workshop craftsmen.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project management software; knowledge of reading 2D/3D technical drawings is an advantage.
