1. Create attractive product displays to enhance customer experience and boost sales.
2. Ensure store layout is visually appealing and aligns with brand identity.
3. Design and set up special displays for new arrivals, promotions, and festive seasons.
4. Observe shopping patterns to optimize product placement.
5. Work with teams to align visual merchandising strategies with business goals.
6. Ensure cleanliness, proper lighting, and overall store presentation.
7. Organize products effectively to maximize visibility and accessibility.
8. Stay updated on visual merchandising trends and competitor strategies.

Requirements :

• Education: Degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).
• Experience: Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or store design is a plus.
• Creativity: Strong sense of design, color coordination, and layout aesthetics.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to create visually appealing and well-organized displays.
• Analytical Skills: Understanding of customer behavior and product placement strategies.
• Teamwork & Communication: Ability to collaborate with marketing, sales, and store teams.
