LANOVE is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to maintain and enhance the visual identity of our stores. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of fashion, styling, and retail presentation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain attractive window displays and in-store visual merchandising.
• Style mannequins according to collections, trends, and brand identity.
• Ensure consistent visual standards across all LANOVE branches.
• Plan product placement to highlight new arrivals and key collections.
• Regularly visit stores to review and improve displays.
• Coordinate with the retail and marketing teams for launches, campaigns, and promotions.
• Monitor fashion and visual merchandising trends and introduce fresh ideas.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in fashion retail.
• Strong eye for styling, color coordination, and product presentation.
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work across multiple store locations.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Fashion or Visual Merchandising background is an advantage.
