Visual Merchandiser

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement attractive and engaging merchandise display that adhere to company standards and guidelines.
• Create eye-catching window displays, interior displays, and special promotional displays to attract and engage guests.
• Regularly update displays to reflect seasonal changes, new product arrivals and promotional events.
• Assist in the planning and execution of inventory counts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align visual merchandising efforts with promotional activities and campaigns.
• Create a visually appealing and customer friendly shopping environment that align with company branding.
• Ensure that product displays are accessible and easy for customers to navigate.
• Assist customers with products inquiries and provide recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organizations of display areas.
• Address any merchandising issues promptly to maintain a high standard of presentation.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a certificate / diploma in Marketing or related field.
• Must experience minimum three years’ experience in related field.
• Fluency in Mandarin, Malay and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Experienced in Fashion and accessories industry is added advantage.
• Strong visual and create skills with an eye for detail.
• Flexibility work in evenings, weekend and holiday as needed.
• Able to work under pressure.
