Visual Merchandiser

JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Visual Merchandiser to join our Guess store team on a full-time basis. This role plays a key part in bringing the Guess brand vision to life in-store, creating visually engaging environments that showcase our collections, strengthen brand identity and enhance the customer experience.

Working closely with the Store Manager and wider retail team, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards, executing seasonal campaigns and ensuring products are presented in a commercially effective and visually inspiring way. You will combine creativity, product knowledge and commercial awareness to maximise sales opportunities while delivering the distinctive Guess aesthetic.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Deliver and maintain Guess visual merchandising standards throughout the store, ensuring all areas reflect the brand identity and global guidelines.

* Execute seasonal campaigns, window displays, mannequin styling, product launches and in-store visual updates in line with brand direction.

* Ensure effective product placement, outfitting and coordination to maximise product visibility, customer engagement and sales opportunities.

* Work closely with the Store Manager and sales team to understand commercial priorities, respond to sales performance and optimise product presentation.

* Use sales reports, stock availability and product knowledge to inform merchandising decisions and ensure the right products are highlighted in key areas.

* Maintain high standards across windows, mannequins, fixtures, lighting, signage and promotional displays, ensuring the store is always visually appealing and commercially focused.

* Ensure new deliveries, replenishment and product moves are executed efficiently, maintaining a consistent and organised presentation throughout the store.

* Support the implementation of new collections, promotional activities and key seasonal initiatives.

* Coach and support the wider store team on visual merchandising standards, product styling and brand presentation.

* Conduct regular visual checks throughout the day, identifying opportunities to improve presentation and taking ownership of follow-up actions.

* Maintain excellent standards of store cleanliness, organisation and product care, ensuring every detail contributes to a premium customer experience.

* Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and wider team to achieve store objectives while maintaining visual excellence.

PERSONAL PROFILE

* Previous visual merchandising experience within fashion retail, preferably within a premium or international brand.

* A strong creative eye, with a passion for fashion, styling, product presentation and the GUESS brand aesthetic.

* A good understanding of commercial visual merchandising and how effective product presentation supports sales performance.

* Strong knowledge of mannequin styling, outfitting, window displays and product coordination.

* Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.

* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high visual and operational standards.

* A confident communicator who works effectively with colleagues and contributes positively to the wider store team.

* Commercially aware, with the ability to respond to sales trends, stock levels and changing business priorities.

* Flexible and adaptable, with a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently when required.
