To manage the visual merchandising activities in SVG India to ensure consistency in the Brand presentation and drive employer branding by providing an excellent in-store merchandise presentation.

• Conduct showroom audit planning to ensure that the brand presentation creates an immersive experience.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute new store setup by applying VM theory and principles as per the guidelines.
• Plan budget and expenses according to the inputs from vendors and Senior Management.
• To lead and manage Visual Merchandising and perform supervision, training, and development.
• Conduct research on new materials and technologies to reduce the cost and increase the standard of displays.
