What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with brand guidelines for multiple stores within your State.
- Ensure consistent execution of visual standards across all assigned stores, including window displays, in-store layouts, and product placement.
- Ability to travel frequently between stores within your assigned cluster / State.
- Lead and manage visual merchandising projects, including seasonal resets, store renovations, and promotional events.
- Analyze sales performance and customer feedback to refine visual merchandising strategies and optimize store presentation.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 5 years in Visual Merchandising.
- Must have experience managing visual merchandising across 50+ stores within a state.
- Experience in multi-store VM operations and state-level execution.
- Strong expertise in window displays, mannequin styling, and in-store layouts.
