What they need
Role: Visual Merchandiser Designer
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Experience: 2-5 years in retail / jewelry/fashion / lifestyle brands
Core responsibilities: Plan and execute collection decor, spatial elements , window displays, and seasonal campaigns that drive footfall and sales for a jewelry brand.
Brand storytelling: Translate brand guidelines into visual concepts for stores, regional festivals, and exhibitions
Analytics: Track display effectiveness, refresh frequency, and competitor VM trends
Budget & vendor mgmt: Manage budgets for materials, coordinate with vendors for seamless execution.
Must-have skills: -Strong sense of color and aesthetics.
Software Skills:AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop hands-on experience
Nice-to- have background in fashion, interior design, or fine arts .Experience in jewellery mandatory and Knowledge of various materials.
