Your Role

• Implementing the NEW YORKER concept through product presentation and visual merchandising
• Responsibility for the stores’ visual appearance, including window displays
• Planning, carrying out, and following up on sales activities, campaigns, and promotional displays
• Organizing and conducting merchandising training for store staff
• Creating a sales-oriented culture in the stores, with customer-focused employees who understand both the operational and physical aspects of sales
• The position is based in Dublin and involves travel within and outside the region

Your Profile

• High school diploma, preferably with a focus on retail/commerce, and ideally further education in retail, fashion, or merchandising
• At least 2 years of experience in retail and merchandising, preferably with experience from larger fashion chains
• Comfortable handling large volumes of merchandise and able to see the bigger picture and bring everything together. Experience redesigning stores and creating a sales-inspiring environment in accordance with guidelines
• Experience in the fashion industry and a strong awareness of fashion trends
• A good eye for color, shape, and visual presentation
• Team-oriented and communicative
• Flexible, able to handle stress, and comfortable working at a fast pace
• Self-motivated, driven, and proactive
• Results-oriented, with knowledge of KPIs and performance indicators
• Good command of English
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Driving license
• Enjoys traveling

Working hours/Duration: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, starting as soon as possible.
